The best report at the International Congress of Law

Blischenkov International Conference is one of the largest law forums of international law at the post-Soviet space. More than 400 representatives of 42 states applied to it. Among them are 38 Doctors of Science, 98 Candidates of Science, 55 heads of various state departments and international organizations. The report of BelSU Law Institute administrative and International Law postgraduate Pavel Ngateyo from the Republic of Congo was acknowledged as the best among young scientists’ and was given the 1 grade diploma at the XIII International Blischenko Confence in Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (PFUR), Moscow. The report was written under the guidance of Prof. Elena Safronova, Dr. of Judicial Sciences.
