The opening ceremony of lecture room named after the first professor of the branch Ludmila A. Tsel was held in the Institute of Pedagogy of the Stary Oskol branch.
Lecturers, alumni, students, and Lyudmila Alexandrovna’s relatives took part in the ceremony.
“It is symbolic that this lecture room at the Pedagogical faculty of our branch was named after the teacher, the human on which the future way of the student depends”, – said the Director of the Stary Oskol branch Tamara Belikova.
After the openings ceremony, the audience talked about the life and work of Ludmila Alexandrovna. Alumni thanked the University for the opening of this lecture room. The future teachers of Russian language and literature showed a performance based on the works of Prosper Merimee. It was the remembering about of the traditions, one of the founders of which was Lyudmila Aleksandrovna.
Teachers and students also remembered the projects and contests in which students of Ludmila Alexandrovna have won.
The lecture room will be always opened for every student who is interested in science and creativity.
