BelSU Cross-Cultural Communication Center celebrates Latin American Serenade Day
The celebration began with Keibim Ivanhoe, the student from South America who performed If you go away song. The students also read poems and odes to a fair lady and sang songs with a guitar. They eagerly took part in contests: for example, a make up contest in which the participants should find the right words to make up with a girlfriend.
Director of Cross-Cultural Communication Center Elena Nazarenko thanked the participants for a wonderful evening.
Todays Serenade Day gave every student an opportunity to reveal his of her talent. Music and poetry know no borders, she said.
