Deputy Chairman of the Electoral Commission of Belgorod region Igor Lazarev, the Chairman of the precinct Commission of the polling station №154 Peter Bukalov, the head of the United trade Union of the BSU Valery Timofeev were among the arrengers of the event. The round table was attended by students of Belgorod state University, members of election commissions, observers, representatives of public associations, etc.

The issues of voter awareness and the introduction of modern technologies in the voting process were discussed. The round table participants exchanged views on the practical application of the novelties in the electoral legislation of the voting at the place of location and the use of wider forms of information of voters, including the state of the system ("Public Services" and the "Elections"), social networks and specialized mobile apps.
