Plans for the Regional Research Centre for Agricultural Innovation, which is being coordinated by Belgorod State University, were recognised by the leadership of the Moscow International Salon of Education
The Salon, held annually at the National Exhibition Centre, wound up by presenting medals to exhibitors who had shown the most interesting and well thought out projects. Professor Andrei Peresypkin, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, was on hand to pick up the award on behalf of the University from Maxim Kazarnovsky, Director of the Salon. The Director was accompanied by Rinat Rezvanov, a senior figure at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, who was given a detailed breakdown of the work already done on this project.
The Regional Research Centres were announced recently by President Putin, and ours was among the first four Centres named. The President plans to create fifteen of these Centres across the Federation, in order to stimulate development, and coordinate the efforts of government, business and academia.Photo Gallery
